The Kuala Lumpur Choi Kwang Do academy is operated by Mohamad Nasir Mohamed Ali. Our academy teaches adults and children the martial arts style known as CHOI KWANG DO. Our academy offers professional programmes for all ages and skill levels.

Our Academy established since 1999 under name Universal Martial Arts Academy. From 1999 to 2006 we offer variety of martial arts such as Taekwon-Do, Sport Kickboxing, Woman Kickboxing and Free Style Self-Defense.

In August 2006 after met the founder of Choi Kwang Do, Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi and attended the 1st Malaysia International Choi Kwang Do seminar in Kuala Lumpur, we decided to be one of the Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International member. We attend to be the 1st academy in Malaysia to practiced Choi Kwang Do discipline.

Our academy is a house of mental discipline where we scientifically train our bodies and minds in an ideal environment.

Choi Kwang Do’s natural, easy-to-learn, sequential movements maximize your body’s force-producing capabilities, but more importantly, they increase opportunities to enhance your health.

If you are a beginner to an advanced student, and are looking for an alternate exercise program; we have a programmed that will fit your self-improvement needs. Our training is based on individual needs, capabilities, skill levels and age. Since our primary goals are to prevent or reduce illness and disease and to promote optimum health and longevity by minimizing degeneration of body and mind, we also welcome who have maladies such as diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis.
